- The homepage clearly explains what the site helps people do.
- The About page explains who runs the site.
- The Contact page includes a real public contact method.
- Privacy, Terms, and Disclaimer pages are linked from the footer.
- The site has enough useful articles, guides, or tools to feel real.
- The newsletter form saves valid emails and rejects invalid emails.
- The sitemap exists and lists public pages.
- The robots.txt file does not block the whole site.
- ads.txt is present if your ad setup requires it.
- No internal scripts, reports, or config files are publicly exposed.
- The best pages link to each other naturally.
- The site would still be useful even without ads.
How to use it without overthinking
Open your live website and go through the list one item at a time. Mark anything that is missing, unclear, broken, or too vague. The goal is not perfection. The goal is to make the site easier to trust, easier to navigate, and easier to share before you spend time promoting it.
