- Make sure the error message is understandable.
- Test the form in a private browser window.
- Test the form on mobile.
- Make sure the newsletter promise is clear.
- Link the form to your privacy/contact information.
- Retest after every major deploy.
How to use it without overthinking
Open your live website and go through the list one item at a time. Mark anything that is missing, unclear, broken, or too vague. The goal is not perfection. The goal is to make the site easier to trust, easier to navigate, and easier to share before you spend time promoting it.
