Community Research Log

A manual research log for finding communities where Kiloparse can help creators, bloggers, and small publishers.

Hey guys,

This page is for tracking where Kiloparse might be useful. It is not a posting bot. It is a research framework so promotion stays careful, relevant, and respectful.

Community fit questions

  • Do people in this community ask about websites, newsletters, blogs, SEO, monetization, or creator tools?
  • Do the rules allow links or self-promotion?
  • Is there a specific thread for launches, feedback, or tools?
  • Can Kiloparse help without making exaggerated claims?
  • Would an answer be useful even if the link were removed?
  • Is the community active enough to be worth participating in?
  • Is the tone friendly to small creators?

What to do when a community is not a fit

If the rules are unclear, do not post a link. If the community dislikes self-promotion, participate without linking or skip it. A rejected post is not the end of the world, but repeated irrelevant posting can damage trust.

The best long-term traffic comes from being useful enough that people remember the site, not from forcing links into places they do not belong.

Manual-only reminder

This log does not submit Kiloparse anywhere and does not post anything automatically. It is only a manual research page for deciding which communities are worth learning from and participating in.

Use it to avoid random promotion. A good community target should have real questions about websites, newsletters, content, SEO, or creator tools. If the community is not a fit, skipping it is the right traffic decision.
